Deborah Hitz

Deborah moved to the Hudson Valley from New York City

in 2000 with her husband Christoph and her son Emmett.

After becoming licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2006,

Deborah received recognition as “Rookie of the Year” from Ulster County’s

then leading real estate company and the following year

received National Recognition for Production.

In 2008, Deborah elevated her relationship

to the business and became an Associate Broker.

After becoming an Independent Broker in 2013,

Deborah opened the Habitat Real Estate Group office

on Main Street in Stone Ridge in 2015 and has been

coordinating sales and operations while keeping an eye

on market conditions in order to better assist her clients.

On her days off Deborah likes to garden, make art, read, and

spend time walking and hiking with her dog, Buster.
